Empowerment sessions with Sama are for anyone looking to unleash their true potential lingering under the surface.

This road map consists of virtual or in person sessions where we will discuss where you are now vs. where you would like to be (physically, emotionally and spiritually) The we will build your individualized road map to get you there.

  • Breath Work (practices to cleanse, center and re-harmonize)

  • Movements (yoga, dance, and energy medicine practices to energize and connect)

  • Visualizations (Guided personalized sessions for you to manifest)

  • Self Reflections (Journaling prompts and morning rituals cultivating self discipline)

  • Sound Healing (shruti box mantra chanting and koshi chimes)

Pricing for Empowerment Sessions:

Three 60 min sessions or a mini day retreat of 3hours $400

Pricing for Private Sound Healing (virtual sessions not available):

One 60min Session $150 (crystal singing bowls, himalayan bowls placed on the body, gongs, chimes and more)
