Sound Journey with Sama
Sama Phelan is a sound practitioner and healer from Hudson Valley, New York. She studied kundalini yoga in Rishikesh India at Samadhi Yoga Ashram and has been performing musically for over 10 years. She is most grateful for her gift of song and creates a space for everyone to tap into their own healing vibrations.
During her sound journeys you can expect to feel transported to another dimension as you receive cellular healing. Her gatherings of sound meditation weave sacred instruments, voice, breath work and guided meditation for an all encompassing experience of rejuvenation for your mind, body and spirit.
Everything in the universe is made up of energy and vibration.
Sound can be used to balance and harmonize this energy.

THETA WAVES: Sound Experience Collaboration
Sama and Vinny will take you on a soundscape journey. First, you will be taught how to find your own healing vibrations through humming and mantra. After a short guided meditation, you will lay back and receive an immersive vibrational experience. Together Sama and Vinny move through layers of gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments weaving in and out vocal toning to offer a cellular rejuvenation and relaxation from head to toe.

Join Cait Fields and Sama Shakti for an evening of deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra and sound healing. Yoga Nidra, known as 'yogic sleep', is the practice of withdrawing from the senses (Pratyahara). Immerse in the soundscape of healing frequencies of singing and sacred instruments of chimes, gongs, Himalayan bowls and more.
There will be ceremonial cacao and snacks to conclude the evening.

Restorative Yoga & Sound Meditation

In this offering you will be guided into deep relaxation through restorative yoga poses while you are bathed in healing frequencies from multiple gongs, crystal bowls, earth elements and soothing vocal toning. We will begin with guided pranayama practices and mantra chanting to clear stuck energy and raise our collective vibration. Sama will guide you into restorative poses to open the heart and hips with the use of bolsters, bocks and blankets while Vinny creates a theta wave sound meditation with the use of multiple sacred instruments for total rejuvenation from head to toe. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, a pillow and/or blanket for ideal comfort during the sound bath.
