  • Day 1 : RECEIVE - 2 hours

    • Experience a full Sacred Sound Journey to understand how sound feels on the body, mind, and spirit.

    • Cultivate empathy and intuition through direct experience.

    Day 2: LEARN - 4 hours

    • Explore the history and science of sound healing.

    • Study music theory, chakras, and vibrational medicine.

    • Learn to play instruments: singing bowls, shruti box, chimes, gongs, drums, rattles & more.

    • Discover voice as your most sacred instrument; humming, mantra, and intuitive vocalization.

    • Rituals & practices for preparing sacred space: intention setting, environment, wardrobe & client care.

    Day 3: REFINE - 4 hours

    • Facilitate your own guided sound healing session.

    • Receive personalized feedback to refine pacing, flow, and intuitive facilitation.

    • Deepen your ability to hold safe, sacred, transformational space.

    This private, in-person 1:1 training is held in Hudson Valley, NY and includes a total of 10 hours of personalized instruction.

Tuition

  • $2,500 – Full Tuition

    This is the standard tuition for the complete sound healing training. By choosing this option, you support your own growth and contribute to a vibrant community of learners. Plus, 10% of every full tuition goes directly to students who need financial assistance, helping to make sound healing accessible to all.

  • $2,800 – Tuition + Shruti Box

    This tuition includes your very own Shruti Box, the traditional instrument used in sound healing practices. Along with the full training, you’ll have the tools to bring the practice into your own life and continue your journey beyond the classroom. Like the full tuition, 10% of this cost also supports students in financial need.
