We are all unique beings but we are also electromagnetic beings and we all must allow ourselves to "charge". Everyone has the ability to reach a peak state of BEING and access unlimited energy. In order to reach this peak state of energy you must CONNECT TO SELF- EXPRESS WITH FREEDOM- REFLECT IN STILLNESS.
During this retreat you will awaken through two elements of connection: Expression and Reflection. Experience the freedom to Express yourself vocally (chanting, cheer and intuitive sound) as well as physically (dance, yoga and intuitive movement). You will be engaging your muscles and connecting to your body with awareness and tapping into self confidence and gratitude! It's not about perfection it’s about expression. Another important element of connection is Reflection. This retreat will include different types of Meditation (seated, silent, guided, walking)
